Stellar (or known as Shindetsu) is a planet between Earth and Mars. The people there are Ningo (or called as Bublin) which population is 37,200,100,000. In this planet, things are more hi-tech than Earth, and there is a rocket, that can go to Earth. The Earth Days there are the same as Earth.

This planet was first discovered when it blocked the view of Mars. The humans was stunned about it. This planet dosen't affected in the Solar War because of its special athmosphere called Cortunes.
